How can I book one box?
You can book your box directly at one of our deposits choosing necessary tariff and duration, after reservation you will receive on your email the confirmation with all details of your reservation and your secret code.
How much does the service cost?
You book directly at our storage location, you will pay the tariff you have chosen to start using your locker. Please visit your deposit page (all the deposits are reported in the section Where we are) to gather more information about each location’s rates.
Is it a safe place to store my luggage?
It is the safest place to store your stuff.
You store your bags personally into your locker and nobody but you can open it thanks to the personal PIN code system. All deposits are fitted with 24-hours video surveillance connected online with a private surveillance center, in addition all lockers are covered by company warranty in case of damage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with credit and debit card. Our system accepts all main international cards. You can not pay with cash.

What time can I store and collect my bags?
You can store and collect your bags when the deposit locations are open. Our opening hours are:
– Venice: from 7 am to 11 pm
What happens if I do not collect my luggage on time?
For security reasons, the luggage storage locations are closed during the night. If you did not collect your luggage before closing time, you can retrieve it the following day when the storage reopens.
What happens if I do not collect my luggage on time?When do I have to pay?
You will pay the tariff you have chosen to start using your locker. When you come back to collect your luggage the system calculates the balance based on the number of hours you used the box. Once you have paid the balance you can collect your luggage.
How can I be sure nobody can open my box?
When you make your reservation you will be asked to choose a personal code to open the box. Nobody can open your box without your personal code. You are the only one who knows the personal code you chose. After reservation you will receive the confirmation with all details and your secret code on your email.
What should I do to get your support?
You will find a SOS telephone number at the location so you can contact us. Our operations center will be at your disposal to help you to store or collect your luggage in just a few minutes.
